Chakra Balance

Online or in-person chakra reading, balance, and guided meditation to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation. Helping the body to relax is one of the key functions within the endocannabinoid system, creating the grace and space for your body to function through its own natural healing process. In this modern world of stress, the art of relaxation is a true gift and ally.

Home Cooked Meals

This is a light but filling meal with mung beans, red potatoes, carrots, and spinach. This is a great meal for dinner to keep it dense in nutrients but light on digestion.

To support and extend the healing process, I offer nourishing homecooked meals after sessions, providing the body with extra resources for recovery. Time ranges depending on meals 1-2 hours.

I am your Caretaker

Offering in-home recovery care for major sports-related injuries, including pre- and post-surgery support and general injury rehabilitation. Whether you need energy work, a nourishing home-cooked meal, errands run, or hands-on assistance with your recovery process—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Appointments will be confirmed with a 50% deposit.

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a returned deposit.

All cancellations past 24 hours will be charged 50%.

Last minute cancellations will be charged 100%.

All rescheduling needs to be made 24 hours in advance.

2 hours minimum & 5 hours maximum for each household.

Please give 72 hours between consuming alcohol and your appointment.
